Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges: Shipping is completely free for all domestic orders.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor its progress.

Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority at EleganceTouch. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges.

Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.

Return Process: If you wish to return the product you have received, please write to us on (info@elegancetouch.in), along with your Order ID, within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange. We won't be able to process an exchange request raised beyond the stipulated time. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process. Once acknowledged by our team, please send the product back to us yourself. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging are eligible for exchange. Please keep the original shipping label that was received by you at the time of inside the packet while packing the parcel. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail. We will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, or style, please mention your preference while initiating the return.

Refunds: Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Note: Please note – to claim any damage or defect, a clear video of unpacking the parcel is a must. In absence of the same, we will not be liable to exchange the product. Return/Exchange is not possible for international orders.
